Junior Football 2008 - 2009

Bere Regis Colts Under 15 Training will begin on Thursday evening 24th July 2008 at 7.00pm for 7.30pm (for at least an hour) at Bere Regis Recreational Ground.

We have two teams:

Youth football - U15’s (Year 10, or 9, in September);

Manager Graham Loveless (07756359077)

Training is on Thursday.

Training is on Mondays from 6:45 to 7.45  pm at Sports Club.

If you have any children interested in playing then please contact the respective manager.

Also, we are always on the lookout for coaches or helpers for training, either on Saturday mornings or on some weekday evenings. Alternatively, if you wish to get involved in this youth initiative there are always roles available on the Committee is areas such as fundraising or media secretary.

Match report.

 
A tough start to the football season for the kids with two away games against two very well organised team who I am sure will be at the top of the table at the end of the season.
 
Our first home game of the season started very well with Jacob Kennard scoring first for Bere Regis. However a lack of concentration just before half time made the score 1-1 at the break.
 
In the second half we had a few chances. And when going for the win, we got caught on the counter attack. Handley's third goal was scored late on again on the counter attack in the search of the 2nd goal.
